Service Agreement for Next Step Reiki Class Enrollment

This agreement is between Reiki Lifestyle and the registrant outlined here, and it outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the online Next Step Reiki class. By checking the box and signing this agreement, the Student agrees to all terms below.

1. Payment Terms
The Student may choose from two payment options:

• Full Payment: A one-time payment of $3600.
• Monthly Payment Plan: The full amount can be divided into 12 monthly payments of $300. Payments are due on the same date each month until the balance is paid in full.

Note: Enrollment is considered binding, and the Student is responsible for all payments, even if they choose to stop participating in the class.

2. Refund Policy
The course fee is non-refundable after the first 2 months of class to the online materials has been granted. If the Student chooses the monthly payment plan, they remain obligated to complete all payments, regardless of course completion.

3. Course Description
The Instructor offers an online Next Step Reiki class, which includes instructional content, guided meditations, and other educational materials designed to teach the principles and practices of Reiki Journey Techniques.

4. Access to Course Materials
The Student will receive access to online materials upon enrollment. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed without the Instructor's explicit permission.

5. Code of Conduct
The Student agrees to participate respectfully and professionally in the online class environment, maintaining a supportive and open-minded attitude towards fellow students and the Instructor.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All course content, including videos, written materials, and guided meditations, remain the intellectual property of the Instructor. The Student agrees not to reproduce, sell, or distribute any content without written consent.

7. Class Participation and Commitment
The Student is responsible for their own participation and learning during the course. While engagement is encouraged for a deeper learning experience, the course is designed for flexible learning to accommodate individual schedules.

8. Liability Disclaimer
Reiki is a form of complementary therapy and is not intended to replace medical advice or treatment. The Instructor does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By participating in this class, the Student acknowledges that they are responsible for their own health and well-being.
